VINCE POWER:

Founder and Chairman of The Mean Fiddler Mean Fiddler Music Group plc, owning the Astoria, The Mean Fiddler, the Forum, the Jazz Cafe Clapham Grand, Subterrania and the Powerhaus, expanding to acquire festivals including Reading, Leeds, Homelands, The Fleadh and Tribal Gathering.

The Mean Fiddler Music Group developed from one venue into an established brand overseeing eight music festivals (including Glastonbury festival) 14 live music venues and numerous restaurants and bars.

After the sale of the Mean Fiddler Music Group, in 2006 Vince acquired what is now one of Europe's most successful festivals, Benicassim and ran it for 10 years. From 2008-2012 Vince ran the Hop Farm. Vince was awarded a CBE for services to the music industry.

JONA COX:

A&R director, Label Boss, Observer Magazine's Expert's Expert", a synchronisation and sonic branding expert. He founded one of the UK's first internet labels.

Jona started his career as a promoter, booking such acts as the Pogues, Billy Bragg and James. Jona worked on the legendary music TV programme the Tube.

This lead Jona to a career in A&R and publishing working with The La's, Fat Boy Slim, Portishead, Paul Weller, The Beautiful South, Barrington Pheloung etc. Jona has worked as A&R (artistes & repertoire) Director at both independent and major record companies.
